Job Description

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will focus on building dashboards, automating processes, and delivering data-driven insights to improve the effectiveness of our total rewards programs globally. You will leverage your analytical expertise and technical skills to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline operations, and provide actionable insights that help shape our employee experience. You will design and implement automated, scalable reporting dashboards to track benefits invoices, utilization, cost trends, and employee engagement with benefits programs. You will also build and maintain processes, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency in benefits administration (e.g., automation of recurring reporting and data reconciliation). You will continuously monitor, validate, and review benefits-related metrics, translating findings into clear and actionable insights for HR leadership and cross-functional partners. Collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, improve processes, and optimize benefits offerings. You'll conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, or opportunities in benefits data (e.g., plan utilization, spend, employee adoption rates), define technical requirements for data processes, and develop high-quality dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and total rewards strategy planning.
