Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Partner with field leadership to define enterprise Revenue Enablement strategy, focusing on maximizing revenue across acquisition, expansion, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Performance Optimization: Mature the Revenue Operations function, leading revenue process optimization and go-to-market initiatives while overseeing CRM and enablement platforms like Salesforce.

Field Enablement:

  • Enablement Strategy: Scale field enablement frameworks for Producers and Sales Leaders, ensuring consistency and flexibility across platforms.
  • Content and Tools: Operationalize a unified Producer journey, own enterprise content and playbooks, and translate product priorities into field-ready tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 12–15+ years in Revenue Enablement, RevOps, or Sales Operations, with proven experience building and scaling teams in insurance or financial services.
  • Skills: Strong cross-functional communication, executive stakeholder management, analytical mindset for data-driven decisions, and deep expertise in CRM and enablement platforms.
