About the Role:
- Own transformation workstreams from planning to implementation, coordinating stakeholders and dependencies.
- Focus on operational, process, and AI-enabled change to help teams adopt new ways of working.
What You'll Do:
- Develop change plans, assess readiness, and support adoption through clear communication and training.
- Drive AI-enabled improvements and partner with leaders to turn new tools into practical workflows.
- Track milestones, risks, and outcomes, adjusting plans to keep initiatives on track.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $110,000-$130,000, plus annual bonus and equity.
