The Role:

• The Marketing Events Manager will own end-to-end execution of high-impact pharma conferences, sponsorships, and client experiences.
• This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to align events with commercial priorities.
• You will manage timelines, budgets, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site presence to ensure seamless execution.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in event marketing within pharma, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like Asana, Cvent, and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously in a remote-first environment.
