About the Role:
- Manage relationships with high-value clients in the Forex/CFD industry.
- Work remotely with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients via calls, writing, and CRM tools.
- Promote products, negotiate effectively, and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Monitor client activity and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Requirements:
- Native or C1+ German and B2+ English proficiency.
- Mandatory CySEC Basic Certificate and experience with a CySEC-regulated company.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with attention to regulatory compliance.
