Responsibilities:
- Provide Java support, software services, and system administration.
- Identify knowledge opportunities in new technologies.
- Solve complex tickets and escalate issues.
Requirements:
- Experience with operating systems like Linux, OS X, and Windows.
- Experience with networks and technologies, including proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory, SSL.
- Understanding of application server technologies.
Customer Focus:
- Communicate in-depth technical details, progress and next steps with customers.
- Being the voice of the customer.
- Driving long-running tickets in your areas of expertise to resolution.
