Responsibilities:

  • Provide Java support, software services, and system administration.

  • Solve complex tickets and escalate issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience with operating systems like Linux, OS X, and Windows.
  • Experience with networks and technologies, including proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory, SSL.
  • Understanding of application server technologies.

Customer Focus:

  • Communicate in-depth technical details, progress and next steps with customers.
  • Being the voice of the customer.
  • Driving long-running tickets in your areas of expertise to resolution.
