Responsibilities:
- Review Summer Staff Onboarding Forms, CampDoc Health Profiles, and Travel Surveys for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of all personal information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Deliver outstanding care and support to Summer Staff at every interaction.
Communication:
- Communicate with Summer Staff via email to obtain correct documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
- Respond promptly and professionally to questions from Summer Staff.
- Conduct weekly touchpoints and provide reports to the Onboarding & Logistics Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work remotely while managing time and tasks effectively.
- Must be a self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community.
- Must live 60 miles or less from Rome, GA, and 150 miles or less from the Atlanta Support Center.
