Responsibilities:
- Ensure direct communication with users of hotel sales tools by regularly sharing updates.
- Establish and manage a strategic communication funnel for B2B segment topics.
- Coordinate with PME regions and Lifestyle & Luxury brands (LL) to translate and cascade content to hotels effectively.
More Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a regular internal newsletter to increase the visibility of the Global Sales & RM teams.
- Highlight key successes, revenue milestones, tool enhancements, B2B marketing activities, and other strategic updates.
Framework:
- Design and implement an information process and technical framework to enable efficient communication between Global Sales & RM and hotels.
- Develop a clear communication governance model and standardized content formats.
