Job Description
Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions, including architectural system design. Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements. Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices. Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers. Handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship. Advice on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team. Promote yourself as a subject matter expert and valued member of the community. Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions. Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions.
