Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintains quality service following customer service practices.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience reviewing, processing, and recovering denials preferred.
- Knowledge of UB04s and Claim Adjustment Reason Codes is preferred.
- Strong ability to effectively multi-task.

- Exposed mainly to an indoor/office environment.
- Nature of work is sedentary.
- Essential physical functions include typing and repetitive motion to utilize computer software and hardware.
