Supervisor, Government Programs Intake

Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop a high-performing Intake team.
• Provide daily operational direction to the intake staff.
• Manage workload balancing needs of the intake team.

Operational Oversight:

• Ensure operational metrics, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Reinforce standardized processes and mitigate compliance risks.
• Assist in addressing case escalations and provider issues.

Talent Development:

• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and 1:1s with staff.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
