Events Specialist, Marketing

Overview:

• Personify Health is the first personalized health platform, bringing together health plan administration, wellbeing solutions, and care navigation.
• This role supports the national Wellbeing event calendar, driving market presence and buyer engagement through well-organized event execution.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate planning for national events, managing timelines, vendor communications, shipping, and on-site support.
• Partner with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Sales, and other teams to gather requirements and keep event plans moving.
• Track event budgets, invoices, and post-event reporting for accurate performance measurement.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for crafting event materials and stakeholder updates.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work occasional evenings or weekends as event schedules require.
