About the Role:
- We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive strategic go-to-market initiatives and define how Dragos positions itself in the market.
- You will be a senior voice in shaping our narrative, owning key segments, mentoring teammates, and partnering with Product and sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of market segmentation, ICP definitions, and frameworks that align the entire GTM organization.
- Drive launches for major product releases and strategic initiatives, ensuring flawless cross-functional execution.
- Build and oversee world-class sales and partner enablement programs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in product marketing with demonstrated ownership of positioning, launches, and GTM strategy.
- Deep experience in B2B enterprise technology; cybersecurity or OT/ICS experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority.
