Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Topcon's diagnostic and refractive instrument platform within the Colorado territory.
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet quotas and cultivate new accounts.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing support and education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; proven capital equipment sales experience into physician offices and hospitals.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic selling skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and reside within 1.5 hours of a major U.S. airport.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay of $100,000 annualized, plus eligibility for sales incentives and a $600 monthly car allowance.
