Job Description

Strategic & Tactical People & Culture (50%):

  • Partner closely with the U.S.-based HR Business Partner.
  • Serve as the day-to-day people partner for Philippines-based teammates.
  • Coordinate with the EOR on employee lifecycle events.

Talent Acquisition (50%):

  • Manage end to end recruitment for Philippines based roles.
  • Serve as the internal expert on the Philippine talent market.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
