Purpose:

  • Managing affiliate programs in the Polish and CEE markets - coordinating cooperation with other Awin departments.
  • Deepening knowledge related to industry trends and Awin products - conducting training sessions and meetings.
  • Providing support and ongoing assistance to clients in line with the agreed service level.

Key Tasks:

  • Recruiting new publishers and developing cooperation with current ones.
  • Ensuring an increase in the number and intensity of collaborations within the managed affiliate programs.
  • Analyzing activities and projects - creating reports and analyses for assigned clients and participating in internal projects.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Good knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in digital marketing from another affiliate network, e-commerce, publisher, or media house.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a flexible manner.
