Job Description
Sales Growth:
- Develop and maintain a dealer network.
- Drive maximum sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Build and execute plans to achieve sales goals.
Customer Engagement:
- Retain existing customers (farmers) through dealer relationships.
- Grow existing accounts year-over-year.
- Break into new dealer accounts by introducing them to products.
Product Training and Awareness:
- Train dealers on new products and programs.
- Drive grower awareness through co-selling, trade shows, and meetings.
- Provide on-farm presence and support after the sale to build relationships and maintain customers.
