As Prelim continues its rapid growth, we're expanding our Customer Success team to support our clients in leveraging our platform for critical customer-facing financial services. We are seeking a talented individual to build strong customer relationships with our financial institution clients and help them achieve their business outcomes with our platform that supports account opening, onboarding, customer and account maintenance, treasury services, lending, and credit card applications.
This role provides high visibility, with direct client interaction and opportunities to lead strategic initiatives that help banks maximize their use of Prelim's platform.
