Alliance Animal Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager of Learning and Development to elevate the growth and effectiveness of our central support teams, Practice Managers, and Client Service Representatives across our network. This role is instrumental in shaping a high impact learning culture, supporting career advancement, and driving operational excellence through innovative development programs. As a key member of the L&D team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Learning & Development to execute strategic educational initiatives focused on performance, retention, and leadership development. You’ll design and deliver engaging programs tailored to the unique needs of hospital and support center roles, especially PMs and CSRs - ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.
