Business Development Manager

In this role, you will:

• Own and optimize the full lifecycle for Listings and Earn (Staking + Boost), from intake through launch and post-launch performance.
• Lead execution of listing and campaign initiatives, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, go-to-market strategy, and timeline management.
• Lead negotiations and structure deal terms that align with regulatory and business requirements.

You will also:

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key Earn partners, including custody and validator service providers.
• Support the design and implementation of referral systems, incentive campaigns, and loyalty mechanics to drive user growth.
• Build and maintain scalable workflows, playbooks, and tooling for repeatable, compliant campaign execution.

Finally, you will:

• Research market opportunities and create Listings strategies, including positioning, sequencing, and cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Data to implement experimentation infrastructure (A/B testing, funnel analysis) and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BD, and Affiliate teams to align partner campaigns with broader growth strategies.
