Your role:

  • Own high-complexity escalations end-to-end, debug and drive them to closure with minimal hand-holding.
  • Serve as incident coordinator during production incidents, restore systems, manage stakeholder communication.
  • Handle technical communications under pressure, providing timely updates until resolution.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years supporting SaaS products with proven ownership of complex escalations.
  • Proficient with SQL, REST APIs, session replay tools, version control, and basic scripting.
  • Hands-on with AI tools (Cursor, Notion AI, Claude Code) and uses them daily to move faster and surface patterns.
