Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of 5–8 clients or one enterprise account, leading Quarterly Business Outlooks.
• Own retention and expansion across the portfolio, overseeing cross-channel digital marketing strategy.
• Lead departmental initiatives end-to-end and identify AI technology for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in client-facing role with high-volume portfolio management.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in paid search, social, display, and geofencing.
• Proven success in delivering growth and leading quarterly business reviews.
