Associate General Counsel, Director

What You Will Do:

• Own and independently negotiate enterprise customer, SaaS, marketplace, channel partnership, vendor, data protection, and marketing agreements.
• Provide timely, practical legal advice across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and People teams.
• Lead legal support for enterprise deals, including privacy, security, compliance, and product-related diligence.

What You Have:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership, with 6+ years legal experience including substantial commercial contracting.
• Strong working knowledge of SaaS, technology, privacy, and data protection; experience with marketplaces, payments, or retail is valued.
• Excellent judgment, ability to manage high volume, clear communication, and collaborative, low-ego approach.
