Position Summary:
- Natera seeks an Associate Director to lead denials and appeals strategy, performance, and optimization.
- This senior individual contributor role drives payer advocacy and partners cross-functionally to improve reimbursement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead denial management and appeals strategy across all payer types and track overturn rates.
- Partner with engineering and vendors to automate denial and appeals workflows.
- Analyze denial trends using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to quantify drivers and financial impact.
