Job Description

As a Manager, Sales, you will drive growth and accelerate Platform.sh’s market presence in the DACH region. Your responsibilities include developing and executing a territory plan for Germany, Austria, and the German-speaking part of Switzerland, while prioritizing in-person engagements like meetings, presentations, and industry events. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification through to deal closure and handover to post-sales teams. This also includes engaging with product support, sales engineering, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive and supportive customer journey. The role also requires the ability to lead, coach, and inspire a small team of Sales Executives, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and professional development support.
