Role Overview:
- Seeking a strategic leader to own the Home Services business end-to-end.
- Scaling new product lines: HVAC, heat pumps, generators, roofing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own KPIs for NTP, installs, and project cash margin.
- Scale account management and BD; secure strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and CX.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years in home services leadership.
- Proven GM or senior sales leader with deep network.
- Experience launching products with OEM partners.
