Role Responsibilities:
- Drive the Mid-Market Sales function primarily through new logo acquisition, reporting to the Vice President of Sales.
- Recruit, lead, and actively coach a team of sellers by regularly supporting sales calls and optimizing performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience selling SaaS applications within manufacturing or industrial companies.
- 3+ years experience successfully leading sales teams in the same vertical, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus extensive existing manufacturing industry rolodex and corporate relationships.
