Responsibilities:
- Field 30-40 inbound calls per day requiring active listening and documenting customer details.
- Quickly understand and analyze customer needs to provide logical solutions.
- Explain products and services via phone, email, text message, or chat.
Qualifications:
- One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience.
- Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-driven and able to maintain and sustain individual and company goals.
