Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

About The Role:

• The Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with outside sales representatives.
• Grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Increase customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new and repeat sales within the Strategic Accounts department.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed.
• Contact customers following sales delivery to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.

Qualifications & Interests:

• A minimum of three years of sales support or operations-related experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, clients.
• Strong ability to operate independently.
