Claims Compliance Process Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated claims supervisor to join our growing team! As a Claims Compliance Process Supervisor, your main focus falls upon file quality as it pertains to compliance. You will be responsible for reviewing and reporting on the adherence to compliance requirements for all claims adjusting groups at Kin. This role will require an individual who can lead a team of compliance specialists to identify compliance and quality trends and communicate them clearly and convincingly to the rest of the organization. A deep understanding of homeowner’s insurance claims is a must, and knowledge and experience with compliance in personal auto claims also would be beneficial. Further, in-depth support of other parts of claims, including litigation, pre-suit, and alternate dispute resolution is an integral part of this position.
