What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program clients, including frequent contact with senior executives.
- Lead implementation of large programs with teams of 3-50 people, driving program management functions and reporting.
- Develop financial reporting dashboards, identify risks, and coach project teams to optimize efficiency.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience in consulting, with deep knowledge of CCaaS solutions (NiCE preferred).
- Experience leading enterprise-level programs with multiple projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
- PMP certification preferred, with superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
