Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement.
- Build relationships with regional operations leaders and support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead investigations, ensure HR compliance, and monitor metrics like turnover and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business required, with HR certification preferred and 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 2 years in a multi-site HRBP role, with experience in healthcare or veterinary environments strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

- This is a remote, US-based role requiring CST/EST time zone alignment and some travel to the home office in Rye Brook, NY, and partner practices.
