What You'll Do:
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboarding.
- Develop new and innovative localized attraction strategies that drive the best talent to your supported markets.
- Partner closely with Regional & District Managers to understand the talent strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Network and build relationships with future talent.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Summarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers.
Required Skills:
- Proven success in driving a talent acquisition strategy for the specific market.
- Strong networking skills through both digital and in-person interactions.
- Proven talent evaluation and selection skills.
