Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day customer and professional support queries across HR, IT, Finance, and benefits verticals.
- Develop and execute omnichannel engagement strategies to boost customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide dedicated support for Platinum & Gold customers, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Global Shared Services experience, with at least six months in HR (Hire to Retire), IT Level 1 Support, or Finance/Payroll queries.
- Proficient in English with strong problem-solving aptitude and knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Customer-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, international team environment.
Additional Details:
- This is a fixed-term contract position for one year with a specified shift schedule (Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 pm IST to 7:00 am IST).
- Compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, and location, with eligibility for additional bonuses for non-sales roles.
