Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Must have excellent communication and phone skills, plus knowledge of the IT industry and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The base salary range is $19.23 to $24.04 per hour, with final offer based on experience and location.
