Your expertise will directly impact our mission to push the boundaries of generative AI innovation and maintain our position at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment for hard-to-fill roles in AI, sourcing AI talent, managing candidate pipelines using Greenhouse ATS, partnering with technical leadership, building pipelines of passive candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, collaborating with engineering and product teams, analyzing recruiting metrics, and innovating on recruitment strategies.
