The Role:

• Your mission is to identify a major opportunity, build a new product or business vertical within Base360.ai.
• Think of it as founding a startup with the advantage of funding, engineering, and executive support.

What You'll Do:

• Identify high-potential opportunities that can become new products or business verticals.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Recruit and lead your own multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.

What We're Looking For:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and strong product intuition.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.

What Success Looks Like:

• Build and launch a new business vertical within 12–24 months.
• Hire and lead your own cross-functional team.
• Achieve strong product-market fit and generate meaningful recurring revenue.
