Core Responsibilities:
- Own and improve internal IT operations, including endpoint management and SaaS administration.
- Maintain a near-term IT roadmap and manage budget and vendor relationships.
- Lead SOC 2 compliance and implement security policies.
Technical Scope:
- Administer Google Workspace, IAM, MDM, and endpoint security across platforms.
- Build automation for onboarding, offboarding, and hardware provisioning.
- Establish policies for safe AI tool governance.
About You:
- 7+ years in IT or technical operations with 1-2 years in a lead role in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on with IAM, SSO, scripting, and terminal.
- Operationally driven with a focus on uptime and employee experience.
