About the Role:
- Support a diverse customer base by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and responding to customer inquiries.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to deliver a seamless experience for key customer programs and strategic partnerships.
- Desire to support impactful programs.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Manage a high-volume of accounts, utilizing Zendesk and internal CRM tools to maintain a seamless customer experience
- Create and deliver custom usage reports for accounts, helping customers understand their ROI through data
- Coordinate internal alignment and respond to bid requests, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning
What You Bring:
- Attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones and global stakeholders, adapting to diverse cultures
- Comfort with data and reporting tools
- Proficiency with geospatial data formats and concepts, including GeoJSON, Shapefiles, and coordinate reference systems
