What You'll Do:

- Lead architectural decisions across multiple squads, focusing on reliability and scalability.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience with Go, Java, or Kotlin.
- Direct experience in payments, fintech, or PCI-regulated systems.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and event-driven architectures.
