Job Description

As a Sales Solutions Consultant, you will provide pre-sales technical, functional, and strategic support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction. Support our prospective clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by translating features into value drivers for their business. Provide functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase, including knowledge of SurveyMonkey’s platform, APIs, Mobile SDKs, and additional solutions. Respond to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews. Be a customer advocate internally while working with other teams, including Product, support, engineering, and sales. Provide training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities. Develop working knowledge of the competitive landscape and become an expert in the CX space.
