Role Impact & Team Structure:
- You will independently manage workflows with high ownership as part of a lean, agile squad supporting all European hubs.
- Your mission is to help transition from country-specific silos to a unified global shared-services model while ensuring local compliance.
- You will collaborate closely with teammates, providing cross-regional support and contributing to collective success and reliable delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Projects:
- Master Spanish operations, including payroll prep, lifecycle admin, and regulation expertise, knowing when to resolve issues or seek legal support.
- Co-create and improve global templates and workflows to maintain scalability and consistency across borders.
- Support team projects like HiBob implementation, Notion knowledge management, and AI-driven automation to innovate routine tasks.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- You have 3+ years of professional experience with a strong track record in Spanish labor law, social security, payroll, and people admin.
- You possess a shared services mindset, thinking in workflows rather than locations, and are fluent in both Spanish and English.
- You are a team collaborator comfortable with modern HRIS platforms, AI tools, and adapting to new, complex situations to support growth.
