Role Impact & Team Structure:

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

  • You have 3+ years of professional experience with a strong track record in Spanish labor law, social security, payroll, and people admin.
  • You possess a shared services mindset, thinking in workflows rather than locations, and are fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • You are a team collaborator comfortable with modern HRIS platforms, AI tools, and adapting to new, complex situations to support growth.
