Job Description

Prospect and win new business for Motive through developing strong executive relationships within key Public Sector entities, signing on new business and establishing new lines of revenue for the company. Survey prospects to understand pain points and procurement processes within their department so you can align those business needs with the Motive solution. Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. Conduct consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and business goals. Clearly articulate the value of our products and services, tailoring your messaging to address specific pain points. Qualify leads using defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further development. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach efforts, interactions, and lead qualifications in Salesforce. Continuously refine your approach by staying informed about industry trends, competitive positioning, and product updates. Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly lead qualification quotas.
