- Providing detailed explanations of the reduction process.
- Logging phone calls, case statuses, and documents into the online document management software.
Other tasks include:
- Confirming balances due on medical accounts and negotiating bills with providers.
- Maintaining regular client contact addressing queries every two weeks.
- Conducting case reviews and personal audits for productivity.
Qualifications:
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Have solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
