Business Performance Management:
- Development and maintenance of reports, dashboards and analyses to create transparency and enable recommendations for action.
- Close cooperation with the VP Operations & Growth - you prepare decisions, provide well-founded insights and challenge existing hypotheses.
- You keep a close eye on processes, KPIs and operative performance in order to identify the need for action at an early stage.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in a high-pace environment such as investment banking, top-tier strategy consulting or in an operations-intensive startup.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel skills; Experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) is an advantage.
- Strong project management skillset: Ability to independently structure complex projects and implement them successfully.
