People Operations Specialist

As a People Operations Specialist, you’ll report to our Sr. Manager of HR Data & Systems and play a key role in ensuring a seamless, efficient experience for employees across the company. You’ll manage end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, maintain accurate and insightful people data, and optimize the systems and documentation that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll also serve as a trusted partner to employees and cross-functional teams alike. You'll own and manage day-to-day People Ops processes—like onboarding, job changes, relocations, offboarding, leaves, and ad hoc payments. Also, answering employee questions with empathy and speed across shared inboxes and Slack channels is needed. Keeping our HR systems (like HiBob, ADP, or Workday) accurate and up-to-date with clean, complete data running regular data audits to catch inconsistencies support system automations, integrations, and tools—plus help launch new ones. Building reports and dashboards that help us visualize what’s happening across the org, and maintain and improve documentation so others can self-serve confidently. Collaboration with teammates across Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, and more to make sure everything stays aligned is also a key function.
