Job Description
The Sales Account Director will be responsible for account mapping by connecting with stakeholders and identifying their needs and potential use cases, as well as prospecting to discover new stakeholders and their potential use cases. They will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships, feedback loops, referrals, renewals, upsells, and expansions. Furthermore, they will create and execute strategic plans for their territory, develop product and subject matter expertise, proactively gather customer feedback, and develop a roster of happy customers.
Minimum requirements include 5+ years of experience selling SaaS products into Public and Private Sector accounts in the DACH region, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to build compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, autonomous, collaborative, and an excellent communicator. TRM's EMEA Sales Team has a fast-paced, positive and open culture.
