Job Summary:
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with providers in the Value Hub.
- Drives provider engagement, communication, and supports network development.
- Manages and improves provider performance, sharing data and insights.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service in a healthcare setting.
- Strong business acumen, customer service, organizational, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; or 3+ years in a similar healthcare position.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
- Ability to understand and interpret laws, rules, and regulations.
- Familiarity with value-based care health arrangements and programs.
