Job Summary:

  • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with providers in the Value Hub.
  • Drives provider engagement, communication, and supports network development.
  • Manages and improves provider performance, sharing data and insights.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong business acumen, customer service, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; or 3+ years in a similar healthcare position.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
  • Ability to understand and interpret laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with value-based care health arrangements and programs.
