WHERE YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Support and help mature the Company’s newly implemented Compliance Management System (CMS).
- Implement compliance monitoring and testing across business lines, including marketing, product, and operations.
- Support enterprise compliance risk assessments, including risk identification, scoring, and issue mitigation tracking.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, risk management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience within financial services or fintech.
- Experience in consumer lending and/or insurance compliance preferred.
