Responsibilities:
- Support translation of strategy blueprints into actionable plans and manage work plans and budgets.
- Conduct financial, market, and policy analyses to inform project design and implementation.
- Develop concept notes, manage grant budgets, and support fundraising efforts.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with 3–6 years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial inclusion or development finance preferred.
- Ability to self-manage work streams and communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of INR 20L - 24L with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
